We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fatboy purchase; if your new home accessory doesn't quite fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Fatboy products in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and assembly components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
